Management Team
Bryan Montgomery
Bryan has been primary shareholder and president of W3 Events since the early 2000’s. In that time, he has led the company from a small local firm to the regional player it is today. He oversaw the acquisition of the leading movie set security firm in Central Texas to become the primary vendor for Hollywood productions when they come to Central Texas. Bryan spent his corporate career at Procter and Gamble and BQG where he led a $100M Global CPG businesses.
Ray Tolbert
Ray has chased his love for live music at stops across the country. He has been involved in the live music industry since 1997 from leading security teams, promoting, talent buying, venue management and festivals. He joined the W3 Events team in 2015 as the Operations Manager. In that time, he has led staffing and management of our largest festivals and events including: Austin City Limits Music Festival, Bonnaroo Music Festival, Chili Fest and F1 racing at Circuit of the Americas. Ray has been the General Manager and shareholder of W3 since 2020.
